We are excited to offer a free trial period for all of our pricing packages. Whether you choose our Starter, Basic, or Plus package, you’ll receive a 3-month free trial to fully explore and test our service. During the trial period, you’ll have full access to all of Automa8e’s features and automation tools, giving you the opportunity to experience our service firsthand and determine if it’s the right fit for your business needs.
Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?
We don’t offer discounts for annual subscriptions, but we do offer a token-based system that rewards businesses for their loyalty and usage of Automa8e’s services. The more tokens a business purchases, the lower the cost per token becomes, making it more affordable for businesses that need to work with Automa8e more frequently. Our token-based system is designed to ensure that all companies, regardless of their size or budget, have access to our automation tools and can benefit from our services.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We understand that business needs can change, so we offer flexible subscription options that allow you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan as needed. If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month. Please note that we do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription.
How does Automa8e compare to other automation software options on the market?
We understand that business needs can change, and we want to ensure that our clients have the flexibility to adjust their usage of our services as needed. If you need to take a break from using Automa8e, we’ll store your remaining tokens in your account for one year without deducting them. This way, you’ll have the option to come back and start using Automa8e again at any point during this one-year period.
